Lola Market is disrupting the entire grocery industry. We have built a platform that allows our users to buy from their favourite supermarkets and neighbourhood markets and receive their products at home in 1 hour!

You will:

• Lead and participate in strategic projects, including new product and feature launches, process improvements and geographic expansion
• Manage strategic relationships with internal and externals stakeholders
• Become an expert on delivery operations and drive continuous improvement in performance while the business continues its rapid growth
• Monitor performance of delivery partners and escalate issues as needed
• Identify and execute on opportunities for improving customer experience and reducing delivery cost through data analysis
• Report on daily, weekly, monthly KPIs and projects to senior leadership and C-Level external stakeholders
• Promote and develop an environment that is receptive and adaptable to business change
• Document internal processes and promote knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in highly demanding positions (operations, consulting, investment banking, etc.). Experience in on-demand delivery is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL and Tableau preferred
• Analytical skills are a must
• Results-oriented, autonomous and efficient
• Leadership - you can motivate your teammates. You’re great at making tough decisions in a sea of ambiguity and keeping everyone on track
• University degree (Engineering, Economics or related areas) from a top-tier university
• Excellent English skills
