Role Overview

We are looking for a Principal UI/UX Product Manager to lead the customer-facing digital product experience across web and mobile.

This person will own product strategy, UX, experimentation and customer data capabilities while working closely with engineering, design, marketing and business teams.

This is a highly hands-on leadership role where the successful candidate will personally define product requirements, shape UX and drive delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Product & Experience

· Own the end-to-end customer experience across web and mobile.

· Lead product strategy, roadmap and delivery.

· Continuously optimize UX, conversion and engagement.

· Define product priorities based on customer and business needs.

• Product Platform

· Own measurement, experimentation and Customer Data Platform capabilities.

· Define KPIs and experimentation frameworks.

· Drive data-driven product decisions.

• Cross-Functional Leadership

· Partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Data Science and Commercial teams.

· Lead a lean product team while remaining hands-on.

· Translate business goals into product priorities.

• Agentic AI Product Management

· Use AI-powered workflows in day-to-day product management.

· Define governance and quality standards for AI-assisted product work.

· Continuously improve AI-enabled product processes.

Required Experience

· 12+ years of Product Management experience.

· Experience leading digital consumer products.

· Strong UX and Customer Experience background.

· Experience with experimentation, analytics and CDP.

· Experience working closely with engineering teams.

· Experience in e-commerce or consumer-facing digital platforms.

· Fluent English required.

· Spanish is a plus.
