We are looking for a Managing Senior Security Engineer to lead the international Security Engineering team of a leading multinational insurance company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of six security specialists, driving strategic technology transformation projects, and ensuring that security is embedded across all technology initiatives within the organization.

This role combines technical leadership and people management, making it ideal for a professional with a strong background in Security Engineering or Security Architecture who enjoys staying hands-on while leading teams and delivering security solutions.

Key responsibilities include coordinating the Security Engineering team, allocating technical resources across projects, collaborating with security architects, vendors, and business stakeholders, and leading initiatives related to Microsoft Security, Azure Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), SASE, Zero Trust, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, and the evolution of the Security Operations Center (SOC).

You will work in a highly collaborative and international environment, contributing to large-scale technology transformation projects while acting as a technical reference within the cybersecurity organization. Experience with cloud security, secure infrastructure, automation, and cross-functional collaboration will be highly valued.
