We are looking for a talented and proactive Field Systems Engineer with excellent English skills to join our team in Madrid. This role involves collaboration with international teams, making fluency in English essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Architecture and Design:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate hardware and software systems.
• Support the creation and maintenance of architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and specifications.
2. Hardware and Software Integration:
• Ensure seamless integration of hardware components and software solutions in the field.
• Conduct system-level debugging and validation to optimize performance during field operations and pre-installations.
3. Delivery Management and On-Site Installation:
• Understand customer needs for installation, deployment, or customization of solutions.
• Define installation requirements, specifications, and guidelines.
• Train technicians on solution installation.
• Manage installation projects, ensuring resources, timelines, and milestones are met.
4. Customer Support, Testing, and Quality Assurance:
• Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with the customer care team to provide exceptional support for the Nuddo platform.
5. Documentation and Communication:
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation for system designs, processes, and workflows.
• Effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and external partners in English.
Previous Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, working with B2C, B2B, or B2B2C technology products.
