As a Software Engineer within the Digital and Technology Organization, you will be developing with other Software Engineers, Product Managers and Business Owners that lead key products that will change the shape of Real Estate tech in areas like Data Visualization, Data infrastructure, Cloud technologies, IoT, Blockchain and AI to name a few. As part of a team of innovators you will be pushed to stay ahead of the curve in technology and create new and exciting products. As an engineer, you are a Jack of all trades and can learn new things fast in any technical realm, from Software Development to DevSecOps.

• Work along DevOps Engineers and Product Managers in their daily activities, touching a diverse landscape of tools and applications.
• Learn to manage an end-to-end lifecycle of a software project (from inception, discovery, development, go-live to maintenance)
• Learn and help to identify, assess, and remediate architecture and cybersecurity threats.
• Learn and help to manage multiple repositories.
•  Help materialize the product vision, strategies, roadmaps.
• Technical savvy, able to learn new technologies/platforms/products on its own.
•  Ability to work in a multinational team.

• 2+ years in Software Development or DevOps teams
• Strong desire to learn.
• Love for technology and software.
• Organized, able to structure complex problems.
• English proficiency C1 or higher.
