Santander Global Technology (SGT) is the team of technology and operations at Santander. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Cloud Product Expert, your mission will be to help building products and services into the cloud platform. Your responsibilities will be to understand how cloud technologies can create value for our customers and to deliver this value in the form of a new offering.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

• Interact with our internal customers to understand their needs.
• Understand how to leverage cloud technologies to deliver maximum value as fast as possible.
• Manage issues, risks, and timelines throughout the implementation of the service / product.
• To develop reports for executives and business leaders.
• Coordinate with the rest of the teams to achieve the goals.
• Being at ease with creating a product in all its dimensions (technical, financial, operation, documentation).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

EXPERIENCE

Required

• 5 years’ experience working in Cloud technologies.
• Be used to the Agile ways of working.
• Experience in delivering projects.
• Understand infrastructure and cloud technologies and challenge.
• Experience in creating a product.
• Experience in creating new products / offerings.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kaban).
• Project tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power Point

Desired

• Experience with automation tools

EDUCATION

• Higher education degree: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Required

• Understand infrastructure and cloud technologies and challenge.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kaban)
• Project tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power Point
• High level of English

• Understand IT architecture (network, storage, compute)
