Based in Spain, we have a small but strong team of 25 people on the ground in Madrid and Málaga, and about to launch internationally to conquer US, UK and ES markets with a unique and revolutionary product that will create a whole new category providing a new perspective…  

Due to expansion, we are looking for a QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience. 

Your Key Accountability and Responsibilities will be:

• Perform testing activities for new developed features to ensure a good quality of them to be released without guidance
• Design, implement execute and review test plans in collaboration with other QA team members
• Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent and robust project execution
• Raise, track, control and report issues with great detail
• Identify development process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
• Oversee continuous improvement projects
• Prepare and present reports and metrics 

It would be great if you can have all the below skills(In any case, don’t be afraid, we can always negotiate):

• Technical background with software development knowledge
• High attention to detail
• Experience in QA role for early stages (3 amigos, backlog grooming…)
• Experience with relational databases and good SQL querying skills
• Experience working with Exploratory and structured-scripted Test Cases
• Experience working with Gherkin syntax
• Experience working with agile methodologies
• Experience testing web services and APIs
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Experience in UI/UX oriented testing is a plus
• Proactive attitude.
• Self-organized and good own time management
• Ability to adapt testing activities to context changes and requirement updates
• Fluent in English (B2-C1)
