Based in Spain, we have a small but strong team of 15 people on the ground in Madrid and Málaga, and about to launch internationally to conquer US, UK and ES markets with a unique and revolutionary product that will create a whole new category providing a new perspective…  

Due to expansion, we are looking for a QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience. 

Key Accountability and Responsibilities

• Test current product and identifying deficiencies
• Suggest solutions to identified the product problems
• Investigate the product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
• Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy 
• Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent the project execution
• Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
• Oversee continuous improvement projects
• Collect quality data
• Identify key KPIs for product quality
• Prepare and present reports and metrics 

Key Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Competencies

• Experience working with agile methodologies
• Experience in requirements analysis and review with the ability to define test cases and execute them, know how to manage defects, perform exploratory testing
• Experience working with Gherkin
• Experience testing web services
• Experience with SQL
• Experience performing load testing is a plus
• Experience automating with Specflow is an asset
• Experience with webdriverIO would be an asset
• Proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English (B2-C1)
