Role
- Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
- Execute manual test cases and analyze results
- Conduct testing in a post-release setting
- Monitor applications and software systems
- Provide detailed reporting of software defects and inconsistencies
- Communicate findings and provide objective feedback to technical and non-technical colleagues
- Review documentation
- Analyzing user stories, use cases, and software requirements for validity and feasibility
- Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
Qualifications
- 3 years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester
- Proven experience working with APIs
- Ability to collaborate closely with other team members and departments
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of spoken and written English
Nice to have:
- Experience working in the Fintech Sector
- Experience with the design, development, and execution of automation scripts
- Ability to read and assess code
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks
- Experience in project management
- Experience testing in different environments including web and mobile
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of the Python and Go programming languages
- Working knowledge of the JIRA test management software
- Any level of spoken or written French
