Multicultural mobility company is looking for a Senior Visual Designer.

We offer mobility solutions and services according to our clients needs. We work internationally and with an expansion project ahead. Constantly observing and adapting to the ever-changing ways of mobility and needs of our clients. Our team, from more than 25 countries, formed by engineers, marketing experts and IT specialists work very hard to find the best solutions.

Our team. Who are you going to work with?

We are currently +30 people, with part of the team set in Madrid, Spain.
We are a remote-friendly company, so you are welcome to work from home or from
wherever you prefer.
You will be a member of the team and report to the Product Design Lead.

Your first day

We will welcome you to the company and introduce you to all your teammates. We will
provide you with our welcome pack and working tools (MacBook pro, several
notebooks and other companys swag) and will give you access to our communication
channels.

Your first month

You will get familiar with the product and its processes, and you will get to know all the
teams involved. From minute one you will be on board, so you can start giving your
feedback and ideas as soon as you feel comfortable. We love fresh ideas and feedback.
You will get to know our current brands but also the previous ones to understand its
evolution and start looking to the future of them.

Your first three months

You will be all set up, leading the visual design of our product and taking care of the
precise implementation in our website and apps.

What do we expect from you?

• That analyzing before designing is your forte.
• Design the new look and feel of our new subscriptions store.
• Be the advocate for delightful design: create style guides, interfaces, and production assets for mobile and web products, marketing, etc.
• Be the brand & design system ambassador inside the team and the company.
• Take care of the implementation of your designs.
• Work as part of a cross-functional team of designers and engineers in complex digital products.
• Build and contribute positively to a collaborative, innovative culture in Product Design. Play, discover, learn and share with the rest of the team.
• We are expanding internationally, so a good English level is a must. Although, we can provide English lessons to improve your skills.

Extra points if:

• You show us your previous design creations in a nice portfolio.

• You master Figma and other digital design tools.Automotive or Mobility are interesting topics for you.

• You have experience working on e-commerce webs and native applications.

• Front-end code is not completely unknown to you.

• You are fluent in Google Analytics or similar tools.
