About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager to join our global digital marketing team. As a Performance Marketing Manager at our company, you will be responsible for designing, activating, optimizing, and reporting on Paid ad campaigns across all paid digital channels.

The person will be responsible for creating the digital journey to complement other Performance Channels. He/she must have an expert understanding of touchpoints across the entire customer journey, and be able to use advertising performance metrics as insight for scale and improvements.

This position will work with our internal stakeholders and fellow Marcom members to ensure that our digital channels are optimized for conversion at every step of the digital journey.

In this role you will focus heavily on designing and implementing campaigns across different channels in support of multiple Business Units. You will also be required to package up the results from your campaigns into a digestible format to other stakeholders to shape content creation as well as communication initiatives.

To be successful in this position, you should be comfortable in multiple platforms, multiple geos, and projects. In addition to this, you must work well in a team as there are several departments involved in the development process of the digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute & optimize paid demand generation campaigns across various channels including, but not limited to: Google, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop an effective, data-driven optimization process to quickly identify and respond to changes in performance
  • Proactively deploy new channels/platforms within new projects from scratch
  • Create and analyze reports to evaluate performance, set and communicate CPA benchmarks, and translate insights into actionable changes
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop a full-funnel marketing approach
  • Convert qualitative and quantitative data into prioritized test plans and clearly articulate test hypotheses, success metrics and insights
  • Seek and understand current industry trends/technologies to stay up to speed and ahead of the competition
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in international paid digital advertising for both user acquisition and lead generation B2B programs
  • Growth mindset with a test, learn, and iterate approach
  • Working knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding and fluid environment
  • Working proficiency (C1-C2) English communication skills across all mediums.
Other desirable traits:
  • Collateral and creative production experience. e.g. whitepapers, webinars, videos
  • Software, SaaS OR Tech company experience
  • Ability to sync efforts with Multichannel integrated campaigns
  • Native English speaker
