Define sales strategy in your area of responsibility together with the sales and marketing

Maintain existing customers, making sure they are happy and engaged with our solutions and
increasing their investment with us.
Communicate new technology advances, products and features to existing customers that may
lead to identify and close new opportunities.
Gather information about customers’ needs and requirements and also industry trends within
your area and effectively communicate them internally.
Contribute to customer events when required
