WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Specify product requirements, including backlog prioritization 

• Develop use cases based on implemented features

• Interact with developers to drive product feature implementation, build consensus and coordinate with other PMs and stakeholders

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap with new, data-driven ideas to enhance existing functionality or introduce new features 

WHAT YOU BRING

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred

• 1+ experience as Product Manager, preferably in Logistics & supply chain or Operations

• Technical knowledge to effectively manage features and roadmap

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum Development methods

• Quality of a collaborative team player that can also lead cross-functional teams to deliver products on time

• Creative and problem-solving mindset

• Product sense and analytical skills to identify opportunities and pain-points through research, data and customer insights

• Excellent communication skills 

• Positive can-do attitude

• Ability to work with a high degree of independence and responsibility

• Fluent English and Spanish
