Multicultural mobility company is looking for a Lead Product Designer

We offer mobility solutions and services according to our clients needs. We work internationally and with an expansion project ahead. Constantly observing and adapting to the ever-changing ways of mobility and needs of our clients. Our team, from more than 25 countries, formed by engineers, marketing experts and IT specialists work very hard to find the best solutions.

Who are you going to work with?

Currently, our core team consists of a CTO, a CPO, a Lead Developer and a Data Scientist. We are willing to grow during 2023 with this Lead Product Designer position and we are seeking product designers and product researchers to complete our team. This role will report directly to the CPO and the Chief Innovation Officer 

Even though we are part of a huge corporation, we like to work as a small team so we can keep our own processes and be as agile as we need to be.

We aim to build trusted long-term relationships, so expect us to take care not only of our business goals but your own professional career development as well.

Our mission is to design innovative businesses and build intelligent solutions and new brand services for the company's environment. We develop new businesses for the corporation and we are in charge of defining and developing the products and services that the company is going to led to market and grow in the coming years.

As mobility specialists, we also invest in European and South American mobility startups.

We have developed our venture-building workflow, which combines best global practices with our experience as entrepreneurs (20+ years). Thanks to our extensive network, we help to build partnerships and accelerate new business in all of the countries in which we operate.

What do we expect from you?

The primary responsibilities and skills for this role, as Lead Product Designer, are:

• Define products and services in the early stages of development. We need you to be very critical when analysing and defining products from (almost) scratch. You will spend more time defining what needs to be done than actually designing the final interfaces.
• Be able to lead projects end to end in collaboration with engineers and data scientists to drive vision to production. We need you to be autonomous, with no fear to develop tasks with little guidance.
• Skills such as critical thinking, analytical mind and extreme curiosity are essential.
• Be able to work in a multidisciplinary team, wanting to be part of any stage of the process that requires your skills.
• You will be working very closely with new technologies such as web3 or blockchain. We don’t need you to be an expert in this matter, but at least you are willing to learn about it and to work hand in hand with the tech team defining new services.
• You have always a final-user solutions perspective. Have the ability to transform data into usable features and actionable insights with business benefits.
