The Digital Analyst and CRO Expert is responsible for managing and optimizing the marketing technology stack to align with the overall marketing strategy. This role combines technical skills and marketing expertise to improve customer engagement and drive business growth. The focus is on data-driven decisions to enhance user experience, boost conversion rates, and achieve e-commerce goals across digital platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
Marketing Technology Management:
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of marketing technology tools.
- Ensure seamless integration of all systems, delivering accurate data and meeting business needs.
- Provide technical support and training to regional teams on marketing technology tools.
- Collaborate with business units to offer tailored analytical solutions.
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Manage tracking systems like Google Tag Manager for accurate data collection across digital channels, focusing on Google Analytics.
- Implement advertising pixels and ensure comprehensive data capture on digital platforms.
- Supervise the setup of data layers across digital properties for accurate insights.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

Conduct CRO audits to identify conversion funnel improvements using tools like Hotjar.
- Design and manage A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion rates and enhance user experience.
- Lead cross-functional strategic planning sessions to identify and prioritize CRO opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Over 5 years of experience in digital analytics, CRO, or a similar field, ideally in a global or multi-regional context.
- Expertise in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics), A/B testing platforms, and tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
- Strong understanding of web technologies, UX/UI principles, digital marketing, and SEO practices.
- Proven ability to conduct digital analytics and CRO audits.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Google Data Studio and Tableau.
- Excellent skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management.
- Ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
