Santander Global Technology (SGT) is the team of technology and operations at Santander. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As part of Supply Chain Finance CIB product team main tasks will be participation in projects for software development using Agile techniques, your mission will be to develop, test and deploy the technical and functional specifications from the Solution Designers / Business Architects / Business Analysts, guaranteeing the correct operability and the compliance with the internal quality levels, always alined with the estrategic of CTO and CIO of the area.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

• Functional and technical knowledge of SCIB Products (Trade & Working Capital solutions)
• Lead the current team of developers.
• Improve functional requirements.
• Minimize the technical risk of the project by ensuring that it is carried out according to good practices and architectural recommendations.
• Coordinate and validate the developments made by the team
• Ensure the quality and security of the code developed by the developers.
• Identify the technical needs of the project, to establish requirements for new components, as well as collaborate in their design, development and testing.
• Standardize and implement methodologies to optimize development processes.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• +5 year's experience in backend developments on microservices
• Java (8 and 11, deep understanding of java core) with Spring boot and Spring Batch and Spring Cloud Stream
• Framework testing: Junit, Mockito, Postman (TDD and BDD experience)
• APIs (REST & SOAP & Open API; software design patterns)
• Kafka (Event Driven Architecture) ; S3
• BBDD: Oracle, NoSQL, Redis ; Continuous Integration (GitHub, Jenkins) ; Openshift, Kubernetes, Docker

Another relevant information:

• Up-to-date on the latest trends, technologies, and programming languages
• Team spirit, good communication skills, ease in interpersonal relationships
• Knowledge in cloud public (Azure, AWS, ..) would be a plus
• Work under pressure, conflict management and proactivity
