MADRID IT Platform
The CIB IT Platform for EMEA is responsible to provide IT Services to our Clients ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. This function includes Global Markets Application Production, Local Territory IT Development, the Core Infrastructure environment including Datacentres, Application Production, Security, Architecture as well as elements of the Global Services organisation.
The European Service Desk provides IT support and services to 19 countries and across more than 4 business lines in the BNPP Group. In this scope, the user identities and accesses have to be strongly kept to ensure data security and enable business users on their digital activities. As per the Group strategy aligned with the international business context, now more than ever the digital services have to be reconciled and improved to satisfy the changes in the transformation needs.
In this context, the collaborator is responsible for maintaining the access rights and user identities current and aligned to the business and security policies. Maintains the catalogue of access profiles and user roles aligned to the service needs and prevents accumulation and discrepancies between access rights. Assists in the improvement initiatives by providing evaluations and reports on the current scenario and helps by providing enhancement proposals following the strategical Group directions under the efficiency principals and automation proposal as/where possible with the objective to reduce and control risk and reduce time of the access rights and identities activities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Computer Science or of Information Technology or equivalent professional experience. At least 2 years work experience in a similar environment or responsibilities.
LANGUAGES
English in both written and spoken, high level (B2 minimum, C1 desired equivalents). Additionally, a second language is strongly desirable as Spanish or French in both written and spoken, high level.
