Role
As a Golang Software Engineer, you will join our Squad which is working on our Banking-as-a-Service product.
Your missions:
- Produce quality code and tests, build prototypes, solve issues, profile and analyze bottlenecks
- Design perform, robust APIs to support mobile and desktop clients
- Manage and optimize scalable distributed systems on the cloud
- Optimization of backend applications for performance and scalability
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders: product managers, quality assurance, and other developers regarding progress on the long-term technology roadmap
- Recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and open source alternatives
- Develop automated tests to ensure business needs are met and allow for regression testing
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 Years developing backend code. Experience with Software Programming Principles and Design Patterns.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Fluent in Spanish and/or French would be a plus
- Proven experience in Go or one of theses languages (C, C++, C#, Kotlin or Rust)
- Experience or knowledge of these technologies: Databases (SQL, non-relational), Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, Hexagonal Architecture, DDD
- Growth mindset, challenging status quo to find new solutions and out-of-the-box ideas
- Experience designing RESTful APIs, experience with GRPC would be a plus
- Experience with core AWS web-enabling technologies would be a plus
