Your Role and Responsibilities

You will partner with clients as an integral member of the IBM Garage team to enable a continuous integration environment leading to successful Minium Viable Solution (MVS) development.If you’reinterested in learning more about the IBM Garage, click here:https://www.ibm.com/garage

•Analyze client dev environment to champion DevOps and CI/CD practices.
•Ensure delivery pipeline from dev/test,staging and production; performs A/B testing
•Automates, measures and optimizes system performance and processes.
•Forge strong working relationships with the client and IBM team across Dev, Ops, and Security
•Bring an automation first mindset to solution co-creation•Apply a combination of behaviors, practices, and tools that increase an organization’s ability to deliver applications and services at high velocity
•Create a user-centric approach to design and creates compelling prototypes that lead to transformative change for the client.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• •At least 5 years of progressive DevOps experience.
• •At least 5 years ofexperience automating, measuring, and optimizing system performance and processes.
• •Experience with DevOps tool: Github, Chef, Puppet, Semaphore, Jenkins, Test Automation.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 10 years of progressive DevOps experience with clients.
• At least 10 years ofexperience automating, measuring, and optimizing system performance and processes.
• At least 5 years developing hybrid cloud and container-based applications, using automation tooling, standardization, agile disciplines and concepts such as “infrastructure as code”.
• •Client facing experience on an incentive-based plan
